About Us

I established Painted Rainbows in 1995, selling note cards to friends and neighbors.  As time went on

I expanded to include graphics services and website services.

Beginning in 1998 I began offering some political services as I learned about campaign spending laws

and compliance issues.

In 2000 I took on the responsibility of doing the campagn spending report for Linda Lingle's governor campaign committee.  In 2002 after the Governor's successful election bid I became a full service compliance consultant for her campaign committee as well as the Duke Aiona Campaign.

I have done work for many other campaigns during the past 10 years including, State House, City Council, Mayoral and Ballot Issue campaigns. 

I have done consulting work for two state agencies, and graphic work for clubs and individuals.

In 2009 I  re-branded my political and business services as Pam Smith Consulting.  Same excellent service and products under a new name.

Graphic and retail services will continue to be under the Painted Rainbows banner.
